Before work, lunch-break, and after work 30 minute classes are perfect for anyone with a busy schedule! We use light to moderate loads and bodyweight movements for a quick, highly effective workout!START NOW
This women's only class is kid friendly and focuses on getting you fit, as well as building a community of women/mom's! Our class is 30-45 minutes in length and uses high intensity functional movements and light to moderate loads (no barbells).START NOW
Where fitness and fun meet! During this 45 minute class we use pilates and yoga inspired movements to put you through an exhilarating workout. You become the music as you pound with light weight drumsticks and tone your body!START NOW
Our beginner's CrossFit class is designed to introduce you to CrossFit's core movements, methodology, and intensity of the workouts. Anyone coming to this class will dramatically improve their knowledge of Crossfit and technique required to progress safetly in our classes. While this class is not a requirement, it is highly recommended! The 2 week course is $50 on consecutive Saturdays.START NOW
