Why CrossFit HSE?
CrossFit HSE was established in 2016. Our coaches are some of the most experienced in the Hamilton South Eastern area and are always educating themselves to better serve our athletes. We promise that you will never get bored with our constantly varied programming and that we can scale any workout to meet your needs. You will always feel challenged under the supervision of our professional staff.

New to CrossFit
No matter your athletic background, CrossFit HSE has designed a comprehensive program focused on an introduction to CrossFit. Our On-Ramp is informative & effective. Learn movements and the concepts of our program.
CrossFit is challenging. Come & challenge yourself. Without a challenge, there won’t be change.
Four, one on one, 45 minute sessions complete our required curriculum. During this month the athlete will attend our 30 minute Burn class in order to learn the other basic movements and to develop their cardio respiratory endurance.
