Starting August 6th

Orientation August 4th at 11 am.  Orientation consists of an In-Body body composition analysis and an overview of the challenge.

Our 6 Week Challenge consists of the following:

*3x per week 30 minute Burn Class with certified/experienced coaches (18 classes)
*Detailed 6 week meal plan designed to give you strucure.
*Before and after weigh in and measurements using In-body analysis.
*Nutrition Class/Orientation
*Support Group
*Accountability Coaches
*WIN A FREE 6 WEEK CHALLENGE! If you don’t reach the requirements, we will still give you $10 credit for every pound lost, during the challenge, towards a one year unlimited membership!
