EXPRESS/FITNESS
This 30-45 minute high energy class uses functional bodyweight movements and light to moderate loads. Designed to accommodate those with busy schedules!

MOM WOD
Mom wod is a 45 min class just for moms. Using light to moderate loads, just as in our Express and Fitness class, Mom-Wod brings high-intensity and community together to get you back to your pre-baby body.

Using light weight drumsticks you become the music in this high intensity full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, strength training with yoga and pilates inspired movements for an exhilarating 45 minute workout.

2 consecutive Saturdays where the emphasis is on skill development and learning the basic movements of CrossFit that will better prepare you for group classes. This class is not required, but it is highly recommended in order to help you develop the confidence during our normal group classes.
